Can't connect to Live

Have been having issues for two days trying to connect to XBox live. Booting my console it acts like I have not signed into my profile. Message the bottom pops up "Sorry XXXXX Sign in using a controller. I select Sign In. Select my profile. Get a spinning
display then a message

Something went wrong.

Please try again later.

Button at the bottom says "cancel"

I've tried signing in reentering my password manually. Gives me the same response. I haven't been able to play for two days. Can someone please help.

Can't connect to live.

Hi,

I'm having a very frustrating time with my brand new xbox one s at the moment. I last used it 2 days ago and had no problems, today I try and use it and am told that it can't connect to xbox live.

I've gone through all the trouble shooting pages, turning my router off and on, reseting my router to factory settings, allowing my xbox's MAC address to not be filtered in my router and still nothing works.

All other wifi devices in my house are using my internet perfectly fine.

Any help with this would be extremely appreciated!

I have Gold until 6/7/2017 but I've been trying to play online black ops 3 but it says this profile isn't allowed to play online. Please help

 

Hello, do you already performed a console power cycle? this will fix most of the times this kind of issues, here are the instructions in the following link:

I just wanted to add that if you do continue to experience problems even after trying the previously posted troubleshooting step, I would try removing your account and then redownloading the profile from Xbox Live directly. Follow the steps here
