cant connect to live

Did system update today, wired network connection and all tests good. As soon as I try to log into my live account it tells me I will need an internet connection and goes back to settings. Did the power reset but still no. Any help?

xbox live no go

ok so I got a new router from twc yesterday, hooked it up and everythings fine, ive got an xbox 360 in the living room that's working great but my sons xbox 1 down in the basement cant connect to xbox live, I done the test connection down there and it said it was connected but he still cant get on xbox live, everything is hooked up just like before

Exact same problem here, fully connected to the internet and everything.

Same for me and missing pins etc once again.

 

So because the Xbox server is down I can't sign into my Xbox. This means my $500 console is completely worthless to me at this moment. I'm starting to think that I should have went PlayStation!

Same problem here, I'm sick and tired of this. Every other week I'm having a problem with this POS console. I am beyond done with it. Should have spent $500 on a NES, at least it wouldn't fail me consistently.

I am a bit shocked as to how useless the xbox one is if Live goes down. I am unable to play any disc based game as it is trying to sync my data with the server. When I say cancel, they just hang up on the loading screen. Crackle, Amazon Prime, and Netflix
all are telling me to connect to xbox live first. I thought these services were to be able to run without live.

I do not like the fact that if Live goes down the only thing I have is a really expensive brick sitting under my TV.

 

I have had enough of this now!!! How many bloody times microsoft! Cant connect to xbox live so you have now got a £400 brick. One, twice, three then fair enough you learn from your mistakes but its over 20 times now this has happened!!!! Disgusting and microsoft
dont give a toss

 

Im sure they said Netflix was no longer behind live. Well it doesn't work along with everything else on this console.
