Can't connect to live, unable to for a few days. NEED BETA ACCESS PLEASE HELP ME

I got a system update thinking a new system version was available, come to find out it was the beta program? I signed up for beta program and my xbox told me that another account was already activated on my console? Talked to support and they gave me a
link to go to for support, I get the error "Group not found", he said it means that I am not in the beta program, but my xbox just updated with the preview tab, and under my subscriptions on my console it even shows it. I would just love to connect to xbox
live today, if that is possible. I have restarted, and reset my router to default settings, and still no error. Port forwarded all that was needed, and tried everything. I was told to request access to the beta program and the private forums here: http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/beta-2013/default.aspx
my gamertag is Just Cap B, please help me. It's now thanksgiving and no support can even assist me now everyone gets to sit on the couch and watch everyone play zombies offline.

its been about 2 weeks for me since i got my beta key and am still unable to access the forum.i have a persistent glitch i would love to report but i can't access the forum...please help. thanks

 

Xbox 360 Suddenly Won't Connect to Xbox Live

I can't connect to Xbox live but u was able to just a few days ago please help fix because I'm getting very angry at you Microsoft

 

Hey mate,

"Group not found" just means you don't have access to the preview program forums, that does not mean that you're not in the program. A support agent will be a long shortly to give you access to that forum.

The latest update however is not a preview update, but is the new dashboard update that has been released to the public on Nov 12th

So is the issue just that you can't connect to live? Two things to try, firstly, give you console a hard boot, you can do this by having the console on and sitting at the dash. Then hold the power button down for 10seconds until the console switches off.
Then wait a minute or two, before turnign it back on. The screen should go to the green xbox screen before going to the dash, which shows the hard boot has been done correctly.

If that doesn't work, I'd reccomend removing your profile from the xbox one, then adding it again. That usually fixes these kind of sign in problems

But I can't connect to live on any profile and I can't download any profiles be sit I can't connect to live
