    Can't connect to live. NAT and service info unavailable.


    I've never had anything like this happen before. When I test the connection, I get "to connect to this network, you'll need to enter additional authentication info. If you have an alternate MAC address, choose enter alternate MAC address.

    I didn't get a new router or anything so I have no idea what's going on. Tried hard resetting Xbox and router with no luck. Anyone know what the problem is?

    Can't connect to Xbox Live - "Service info is unavailable"

    I can't connect to XBL. Connection test is fine "everything is good" but it says "Service info is unavailable" in my network setting below where it says nat type: open. Any suggestions? I was playing AW and my controller froze. Restarted my system and now this.

    I'm having the exact same problem and I've tried power cycling my modem and still have not been able to solve the issue

    Have you tried to power cycle your internet modem and router to see if that helps yet?
