Can't connect to Live anymore

Hey there.

I haven't used my 360 for about a year. Today I wanted to login like always and my mail adress and password were still saved on the console. But it didn't work, I got an 831188FE error. Now the strange thing: If I login on the xbox website with the mail
adress, that is saved on the console, I don't see the gamertag from the console anymore, so it seems like the gamertag is no longer connected to the xbox account. But it gets even stranger: If I login with an other account and search for my gamertag from the
console, I can find it and the online status says that I was online some minutes ago. So somehow the login on the console still worked.

I have absolutely no clue what is going on.

Basically, this error says that there's a problem with your Microsoft account or Xbox profile, namely there's something wrong with the security information. You'll first want to check and manage your security info (password, email addresses, security questions,
personal...) and make sure everything's up to date.

Then, you'll want to delete the profile from your Xbox 360, clear the system cache, redownload the Xbox profile, and then give your system a restart.
