Can't connect to live account

Discus and support Can't connect to live account in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; There isn't an error code. Just a message in my network tab.     Can't connect to live account


    There isn't an error code. Just a message in my network tab. What ever network I'm connected to on Microsoft end is messed up and now I can't play anything online.

    Deleting and restarting my system didn't work.

    Unfortunately my friend the games you play are on a network monitored by engineers 24 hours a day. We work hard so people can enjoy their game play, unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances when stuff gets released a large number of people accessing
    our store sometimes our systems can take a hit. We apologize for the wait and appreciate your patience. Heres a link for our service status page incase you need more info.

    Hello, the same is happening to me, I can't do anything related to my Gold Live Account, I got the 3 months plan with recurring payments. Mine is set to be renew at October 29, 2018. But somehow I can't play online or connect in party chat. I Don't understand
    what's going on....... can someone please let us know if this is a new error or something ?

    Sto avendo lo stesso problema. Ieri stavo giocando online bene, ora continuo a essere reindirizzato per comprare un abbonamento Live. Ho controllato e il mio account Gold è attivo e scade il 03/2019.
