Can't connect to live account

I'm getting a purchase and content store issue on my network and it's causing destiny game play issues.

Why does the issue tracker say it's been an issue since June?

I able to play destiny the day before but now it's I can't. This issue is a serious problem and a waste of my money if I can't play online.

It just says, under my network, the following service is experiencing issues: purchase and content usage

Then on destiny it says I don't I have gold membership and can't do any of the online games like play with friends. My gold account doesn't expire until March 2019

 

Hello, the same is happening to me, I can't do anything related to my Gold Live Account, I got the 3 months plan with recurring payments. Mine is set to be renew at October 29, 2018. But somehow I can't play online or connect in party chat. I Don't understand
what's going on....... can someone please let us know if this is a new error or something ?

 

I'm having the same issue. Yesterday I was playing online just fine, now I keep getting redirected to buy a Live subscription. I checked and my Gold account is active and up to date.

 

Hi all, I'm having the same issue. I've activated a 1 year live gold subscription on yesterday but I cannot us it and I'm wasting my money. In the mail box I have a message about "purchase and content usage".

 

Im having the samw problem i’ve asked xbox support on twitter yesterday but no reply £40 a year for this crap smh

 

The answer I believe is that since 8/31/2018 there has been an Xbox Live issue per this site, Xbox Live Service Status | Xbox Live Service Outage

The date here says 6/22/20118,, but I talked to a support rep recently who told me it's 8/31, a bug is making the date wrong.

The issue currently showing up is:

Purchase and Content Usage

According to the description it affects:

Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases

Sto avendo lo stesso problema. Ieri stavo giocando online bene, ora continuo a essere reindirizzato per comprare un abbonamento Live. Ho controllato e il mio account Gold è attivo e scade il 03/2019.

Hi there OP,

we will need a little extra info in order to help, if you could provide us with any error messages that are coming up it would be extremely helpful. Also, since Destiny is an online title if you are having gameplay issues please try rebooting your modem
and router and see if this helps resolve the issue.
