    hi I just bought a 1 mount membership to xbox live gold but it will not let me play on line whit any of my games .when I try to play a game it just keeps sending me to the xbox live buy page .but I have a membership .I'm using a xbox one .can you help me

    got mine back .just reset your internet box and you should be good to go

    this is BS

    Again people, its not time warner issue. I have time warner and 2 xbox connected to 2 live accounts. The one in my playroom works just fine but the one in my livving room only connects as far as the internet but cant connect to xbox live. To me it sounds
    more like MS issue and not ISP. I have the proof to prove it.
