    Oh Hi. Somehow ur response did not show up in my timeline, so sri I did not reply earlier.

    So I am again stuck on the portforwarding thing again. I do not think, that they opened the wrong ports, but I think they may have used the wrong target IP. You may check that in your router's settings, where the forwardings are configured. Search for the
    target IP there, maybe also called local IP. Then compare this IP with the IP of your Xbox One when connected wireless. If they do not match, you need to change them to the IP adress displayed on the One.

    Morning! So you say your console is connected to the network, but cannot connect to Xbox Live? Run the "Test Xbox Live Connection" option and let us know what happens.

    You could also try restarting your router.
