Can't connect to internet service

Hi,

I'm actually playing on pc and all my game related to the microsoft store are unable to connect/use internet.

I got gears of war 4 and state of decay 2 and in both case i cant play with friend and/or multiplayer

Any solutions ?

There could be a number of things that are going on with this error code from ISP issues to a ban. I'm assuming you probably didn't have any issues with it until recently? I would suggest waiting the 5 days that they suggest at the bottom of the page and
see if it clears up. If it doesn't come on back here.

As for State of Decay 2, is that giving any type of error code when trying to connect that to the internet?

Just wanting to confirm, both games run and are up to date? Also, if you have an antivirus program, suspend it for the time being and see if that helps.

When you are trying to play them or connect to the internet with them, as you are on PC, is it giving you any type of error code while trying to access the internet connection? Also, are these games part of the Microsoft Game pass if you have a subscription
for it?

can you check your network configuration under settings and then network.

Do you see some errors in the middle.

Can you make the test for multiplayer and so on.
