    cant connect to internet/ live everytime i start my xbox


    i just got my first xbox o consol one x and i was happy unil i had so mutch problems with this consol

    now my major problem is that i cant connect to internet or xbox live even if its wire or wireless

    i done all the things that other ppl had said

    i have no problems with my ps4 never had

    so i need really help here what to do

    the second problem is

    when i connect to wireless connection i get dubble nat and iam using a asus rt ac 66u

    whys that

    plz help me on this i realy like xbox, but these problem makes me wanne return the consol back and get the money back.

    Okay so my xbox was disconnecting from xbox live everytime i put in a game right? So i decided simple enough ill re-download my profile next thing i know i delete it and i cant re-download because my internet cant connect to xbox live is xbox live down?
    Or is it something on my end??? I need to re-download my profile really soon

    Cant connect to Xbox live via console.

    I can access my internet account, but I cant connect to my Live account from the system. I have not connected to Xbox live in years, so i guess that's a start.

    router issues start only when i login with my xbox360, im using wifi connection. everytime when i start xbox im losing internet and need reset router to get it back.
    when i test connection xbox live (on xbox360) it show all ok except service there is some alert ( ! ) what i cant check.
    maybe i should try cabel connection with router.

    I was playing rainbow six siege. In the evening i had some problems with my Internet so i turned my xbox off. When i start it again it happens nothing i only here the sound of my box and the light is on but i cant connect any controller or TV everytime

    yea its the oddest thing, everytime i test connection my xbox literally tells me my internet is working fine, it just can't connect to xbox live.
