Can't connect to internet, getting hardware problem message

Whenever I try to connect my console to a wireless network it says cannot connect and at the top says hardware problem. Any suggestions?

I can't connect my ineternet , because "its a hardware problem" Do you have idea what can i do ?

I cant play on xbox because its not connect to internet

Nat Strict

I'm getting the same issue, NAT strict, can't connect to XBOX Live. NAT is not set to strict though on wireless router. Now getting a hardware warning that it is a problem with my hardware in my One. Great! Tried unplug, reset, great!

I would try it wired first , then a factory restore MAY get things back inline or you may have to setup a repair ..if its out of warrant , and works wired (which is a better connection anyway ) , you could just leave it hardwired ...

I would definitely try a complete power fail/restart before a factory restore.

Hold the power button on the console until the console shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back into the console and restart it. Once it is back up test the wireless to see if it
is again operational.

- Troubleshooting steps: All steps prescripted at the website of Xbox support such as unplugging the power of my modem for 30 seconds or 5 minutes, restarting my device, checking my internet connection again, plugging out the power of the Xbox Console and
so on...

- Yes, I have tried an ethernet connection and tried to power cycle the console and network hardware

The "funny" thing is that when I check my internet connection, it says that I am connected with the internet, but when I press on continue and try to log on to my profile, it is not possible...

Do you have other solutions?

I'm having the same problem. I got an error message similar to that. But not exactly the same. My internet is connected to xbox live. But I can't connect to xbox live. I don't get it.

using Win 7....... i get a Test Failed ---- there's a problem with your connection. select more info for a description of the problem and how you can fix it. if i press more info, i get: Can't access the internet. There may be a problem with your connection.
It tells me to reboot all network hardware, etc. I do that and still no success.
