Can’t connect to Internet. Anyone rise?

I am very sorry for the problem you are going through, to try to help you I need to understand the problem better, so please answer the following: Do you have a Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable connection? Are you trying to connect from exactly what device? Since when do you have this problem? If you get an error code or message, please write it in the text.

now it says

Can’t connect to the Internet

if you have a pc, try to connect to the Internet on it. You may have to work with your ISP to fix your connection.

Couple things to try.

When you go to your network settings, advanced settings, do you see your xbox pulling a 10.x.x.x, 172.x.x.x or a 192.168.x.x IP? If you see 169.254.x.x that means your xbox does not appear to be hitting any DHCP device. - Reset the modem/Xbox some times
works here

If you are using your ISP provided DNS servers, try changing to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

I got a couple more suggestions if the above don't work.

If you go to settings - system - update, is there currently an update available to download?

Yes i can run the test and it says im connected to the internet if im using either ethernet or wireless. The multiplayer test fails and says “it can not finish the test”

Also, on the network page in the settings under “Current Network Status” it tells that “the following services are experiencing issues” but there is nothing there.
