Can't connect to internet and websites can't recognize the error codes

I totally agree with you, these problems can cause major stress! But on a better note, if you have tried rebooting your console, and/or your network, and everthing is the same, try Microsoft.com. Navigate yourself over to the xbox portion of the site.
There you should find a live chat icon for tech support. This will bypass the phone numbers, and you will be chatting with support in no time! Hope this can help you!

Having the same problem too.

How can I solve it?

Does the Xbox recognize that the router is there? If the router does show up what your saying is you can't connect to the router? Do you get an error code by any chance?

Having the same problem. I can't connect to the internet while this error is happening.

Error code: 80072F8F

Followed the steps to resolve and got no where.
