Can't connect to GOW4 servers

Hi,

I have only started having this problem since the most recent update, any time I load up gears in the top right is says 'connecting' but is unable to connect to GOW4 servers and goes to 'offline'. This is despite me having fine internet connection, and being
able to play other online games, join parties, etc.

Hopefully someone can help!

GOW4

Can't connect to GOW4 services. Getting Bigelowe error. I have tried the unhitching method by starting 4 other games no luck.

Any help?

My profile can't connected to the gow4's servers since the last saturday (21/01/17), but all the others profiles of my xbox can connected correctly.

Here are the troubleshooting solutions you can perform:

Solution 1: Clear Persistent Storage

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

Select Clear persistent storage.

Restart your Xbox One console. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 2: Clear MAC Address

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 3: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One

Refer to this
link and perform the steps provided. Make sure to restart your Xbox One console before re-adding your Microsoft account. Then, access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.
