Can't connect to Gears of War 4 services on the PC

I didn't formatted my Windows 11 on any of the formentioned computers. I installed Gears 5 game on an external drive and installed Gears of War 4 on this same external drive.
When I moved this drive to another pc (for working purposes) and moved back to the original gaming laptop the Gears of War 4 disappeared, but the Gears 5 remained playable and intact.

After I installed Gears of War 4 game on the external drive, I disconnected and reconnected it the game remained intact.
If I disconnected and connected to another pc the game disappeared. This game only, other games as Gears 5 remained intact and healthy.

• Playing Gears of War 4 via a mobile internet (3G/4G) device or tethering may cause Bigelowe. Connecting via mobile internet is not recommended or supported by Gears of War 4.

A known issue where your profile will not load from Gears of War 4 Services

• This issue will not impact or corrupt your profile, but will prevent you from accessing Gears of War 4 services (which will result in the BIGELOWE error)
• As of the July Update, we can now track most instances of this occurring and unblock your profile as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 5 days to be unblocked.
• We are working on a permanent fix for this issue and hope to deploy it in the near future.

A known issue where your profile cannot contact the correct service in Gears of War 4

i don't know any ways to fix this i have tried everything and my game still freezes i bought the gears of war 4 xbox and love gears of war and rn i can't play gears of war 2
