Can't connect to game servers

My Xbox one is connected to the internet,my NAT type is open and multiplayer is good and yet I can not connect to any game servers. It is very annoying. It happened after my Xbox live ran out. When I went to put the new card on it just kept acting up.

Sorry to hear about the issue with connecting to servers in Minecraft. What happens if you visit https://account.xbox.com/settings and check the "Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety" settings? Are you seeing
that the ability to join Multiplayer Games is Allowed?

The Xbox will use the connection it's getting from your router. Here's a few things to try.

Hard reset the Xbox by holding down the power button on the front of the Xbox for 15 seconds. After the 15 seconds let go of the power button then restart the Xbox.

Try out your games.

If that fails, then power cycle your network by unplugging the power to the modem & router for about 60 seconds. Then plug your router back in and try your game again.

Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > let the Xbox Restart

Try out your games again.

If that doesn't work, I'm guessing you're using a wireless connection to your router.

On your Xbox go to Settings > Network > Network Settings > Forget Wireless Network

Go to Advanced settings > DNS Settings > Manual - Set the Primary DNS as 8.8.8.8 and the Secondary as 8.8.4.4

Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate MAC Address > Clear > let the Xbox Restart

After the Xbox Restarts go back and reconnect to your Wireless Network and try your game again.

If that fails, consider resetting your router back to defaults.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the network connectivity on the Xbox One X.

I recommend to try Clearing the Mac addresses on the Xbox.

Try this:

Select Settings on the Xbox
Select Network
Select Network Settings
Select Advance Settings
Alternate Mac address
Select Clear
Select Restart

This step will restart the console. When it reboots, Select Network >Select Network Settings > Set up wireless network.

Try this out and let us know the results.

Mac filtering is disabled on my router already too.

Hey Griffin thanks for keeping in touch and for the patience!

We are sincerely sorry this issue is re-occurring but the authentication error is on the ISP side, its sort of like a two step verification deal, so the work around would be to accept the terms from a different device (phone or tablet) then take the MAC
address from it and input it into the console. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

Yes. As a matter of fact, they are all digital. I have done the factory reset and cleared the mac address.

It doesn't look like MAC filtering is enabled on my router.
