Cant connect to game server ( PLEASE HELP )

I can connect to Xbox Live and even talk to friends in a party but I cannot connect to any game servers online ie ( apex, fornite, rainbow six ,etc)

I've restarted my router, given the xbox a hard restart given the router a hard restart cleared the mac address and still no solution

I've also used the hotspot on my phone to try and it wont work either which makes me assume its a xbox problem and not my router or ISP can anyone help please!

Have you checked your Nat Type? Should be open Nat.

Try a hard reset see if that helps

Guys, my mate had this problem last night.

His problem was because he is with Optus (ISP) currently they have service issues connecting to certain websites and he can not jump in Apex, Rainbow six etc.

It is a known issue atm and will be resolved soon they say.

Yeah that's annoying,

My mate was having a panic attack last night and hard reset his console like 5 times then modem reset then we checked the optus forums and everyone was complaining about gaming.

Was so funny to see how big the gaming community was that not one comment was about anything else than gaming.
