cant connect to friends world

having trouble connecting to other games just keep getting connection failed message. done all the things and stuff to try and get it to work but just keep getting the same message. any help??

friends cant join my worlds on Minecraft

I gave member permission. friend of friend took out all resources. even started a default world but they still cant connect to world

what can i do we both are on a xbox 1

 

i cant play online in minecraft windows 10

Whenever I try to join my friends world (we are on different networks) I

can't join. It says "Unable to connect to world." I make sure he

invites me to his world before I try to join. When I click the Accept

button from the invite, it loads up Minecraft

and says "Generating world Locating server." Then it says nothing. It does this for about 20

seconds before saying "Unable to connect to world." I cant connect

to public multiplayer servers or realms either.

 

I am having the same problem. I have never been able to join another persons game, ever. Likewise, no one has been able to join mine. We have followed all the recommended steps; had our NAT set to open, hard resets, everything we could find to try. Would
also love to hear if anyone else has found a fix for this yet?

 

My kids used to play all the time but for the past month they can no longer connect to each other.

 

My friends and me have the same question ，can someone give us any suggestions?

 

We just bought a second Xbox to play 2 players with Star Wars battlefront. We have been trying Mindcraft and either is a connection issue or cannot connect due to not being friends.

 

Same thing here. Not able to connect with my friend on Minecraft. Keep getting a message saying I'm not friends with anyone in the world, but we definitely are. I've tried resetting my router, unfriending and refriending him, making my NAT type open, but
still nothing. The only way it worked is if my other friend joined and then invited me, so I can only get on if both of my friends are on.... any fixes?

My NAT is open, i have hard reset, my Minecraft is up to date, My Gold subscription is active, WHY CAN'T I JOIN A FRIEND'S GAME OR THEM MINE? If Microsoft is charging me money to play games with my friends, the least they could do is make their own games
work. THIS IS THE ONLY GAME I HAVE THIS ISSUE WITH. I LIKE TO PLAY. I CAN'T. I'M ANGRY.

 

Used all the suggestions in this and other threads... nothing.
