Cant find players on Dead Rising 3 and Killer Istinct

hi,i buyed my xbox being 1 week or 2, and im having problems to find players on multiplayer mode,my nat is Open, i already tried Static IP,DMZ,Port Trigering, but i still cant find players, on dead rising 3 i click on search game and he keeps there,forever
dont find any player,just get searchin forever for a game,and when i host game no one connect :/ , can some1 help me pls?

on test settings it says Nat Open, my UpNP is activated, idk what to do anymore : (

Sorry, if this is too late to help, but there may have been Xbox LIVE issues at the time, which were interfering with the Social and Gaming aspects of the console. You can check thout Support tab on the website to see the status of LIVE if a similar problem
happens again.

Having an open NAT doesnt necessarily help with in game "connections" nor LAG. Open NAT will help joining parties and finding some games, but overall connection issues will remain.

to invite a friend to your game you both must have open Nat connection. If you or your friends connection is set in moderate or restricted Nat that causes problems in multiplayer games. To receive more help you should provide some more information regarding
your net connection or that of your friends

Your problem could be a result of your NAT type. Your NAT type will affect your ability to connect to other Xbox Live gamers. Below are examples and a description of each NAT type.

Open NAT: With an OPEN NAT type, you're able to play and host multiplayer games with people who have any

NAT type on their network.
Moderate NAT: With a MODERATE NAT type, you're able to play multiplayer games with some people; however, you might not be able to play with others, and normally you won't be chosen as the host of a match.
Strict NAT: With a STRICT NAT type, you're only able to play multiplayer games with people who have an OPEN NAT type. You can't be chosen as the host of a match.
Unavailable NAT: If NAT is unavailable, you’ll be unable to use party chat or connect to multiplayer games for some titles on Xbox Live.

If you need help finding this information, follow these steps.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select System > Settings > General > Network settings.
Under Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type.
