Cant connect to Forza Horizon 4 Online Servers { PC }

Every time I try to play Forza Horizon 4 Online. It shows an error saying I can't connect to the online servers. Playing any other games online works normally. Like Sea of Thieves for example. I tried using VPN in FH4 but it wouldn't work too. so can you
help? also when i test my internet connection , it says sever connectivity blocked, with or without VPN. So can you help me?

PS: I'm on PC and I didn't try it on XBOX before.

Thanks for trying Lester, but none of that helped. Still unable to connect to multiplayer in Forza Horizon 3 or Forza Horizon 4 on PC.
