Can't connect to ea servers

I'm having trouble connecting to the ea servers on fifa 18 on Xbox one.. The screen just stops on the " connecting to ea servers" screen.

My Xbox live subscription has been paid, although when I check the payments and billing page in settings on my Xbox One in my account, there is an exclamation mark (!) underneath this payment. May I add the money has been taken. Any ideas anybody? Thanks

Are the servers down i can't connect to the ea servers

 

Battlefield 4 won't work

Can't connect to the EA servers. Just keeps buffering and says "connecting". Really want to get Battlefield 1 but I've had problems connecting to the ea servers from time to time for the past month. What gives?

Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your subscription. What I recommend doing is signing into your account at
Microsoft's website and verify under services and subscriptions that the subscription is active. If you verified that the account is paid for definitely try performing a

power cycle on the Xbox One to see if that fixes the issue. Please let us know how it goes.

Hi, a power cycle reboot seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks for quick response.

 

If you do not have open NAT, that might be the problem.
