Can't connect to "cloud."

Every time I start up a game, any game, I receive the message that my cloud cannot be accessed along with the error code 0x8007048F. I tried looking up the code with no success. So, my question is: Why can't I access my cloud or anything saved therein?

Now it wont even log on the internet. My PS3 and PC can but not the xbox360

And its always work perfectly, and now that i come back from afghanistan it wont. So im pretty sure it has something to do with an update or something. Because what i know of, i havent changed a bit with ma router settings or the xbox's settings.

Welcome to the forums

When you are trying to connect to the cloud, hows your connection to Xbox Live?

Also, would you be able to delete your profile only and re install it. You can do this by following the Instructions in the article bellow

support.xbox.com/.../delete-xbox-live-profile-from-xbox-360-console

After you have deleted the account, would you be able to clear your system Cache. You can do this by following the instructions in the article bellow,

support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

After you have cleared your system Cache. Please redownload your profile again and try using the Cloud again. You can re download your profile by

Selecting your guide button

Selecting Sign in

Then selecting Download Profile

It may have changed and may be on the Navigation home. However that is the only bit I am unsure on

Well, I've tried all of the above, but I have a corrupted Borderlands 2 file on my drive that, after I delete it, still appears on the drive. I can't get rid of it. Wonderful.

Have you tried overriding it with another save from Borderlands to see if that works.

I will also try and find out some more on why you can not delete the game file from your cloud as well.

The files are on my internal memory, not the cloud. The cloud is only recognized as an "unformatted" drive, so I have no option of overwriting anything.

 

Yea i have sabed games on there and it wont let me back on the cloud its giving me this code and i did exactly what you said to do and none of that worked and i think its because i signed up for an xbox live update thing this is what the message said: you
have been invited to sign up for xbox live updates go to account membership and sign up. When i signed up its said your xbox may run into problems, but you will be able t seethe new xbox updates before they come out. So when i signed up i was eveeything was
ok until my xbox started to freez up constantly and then i deleted my profile and redownloaded and everyrhing was ok. The next day my cloud wasnt workiong, went to xbox entered the code and nothing worked, and till today it still doesnt work. This happened
about a week ago (seriously).
