    Hello all,

    Recently I've been having a strange issue with my Xbox 360 where no matter what I try to do, I'm simply unable to connect to my internet. I usually just use it to watch Netflix and stuff and was working fine the other day but recently nothing I do seems
    to fix the problem. I've tried restarting my router (which is less than 10 feet away in the same room), tried deleting everything on my HDD and system memory, format storage, delete cache, delete and download profile but nothing works. It won't even let me
    connect to my router when I have no issues with any other device in the house. Now I can't even download my profile because I can't connect to wireless. Any advice or suggestions would be great.

    This is the same conclusion I came to as well but for some reason the data isn't appearing. I always play with a Live connection and the same account but for some reason I can't continue my game.

    Thanks, but I tried those and they didn't work. The problem is not that I can't connect to my Xbox account, it's that the games for some reason can't sync to it.

    I can't download the software update and download my profile because I can't connect to XBOX live, that's the main problem. I also can't download any updates or anything because of this. I told you the error code but keep in mind that that is not the error
