Can’t connect to any game, yet online

I am able to get online and join party chat. I am also able to join in game lobbies, but I can not join any online game. I can not load into a single Rocket League game, i see the map then get disconnected. I cant join a single Smite Match. The only game
im able to play is Fortnite, the only game I dont want to play. I cleared my cache, hard restarted my xbox, turned off and on my router, uninstalled and reinstalled my games, and nothing is working.

I unplugged my router and Xbox for a full hour and it works now. But I got Rocket League through Game Pass.

It changed, the only game i cant play is rocket league

Check your NAT type settings as this may have something to do with why you cannot connect to an online game in Rocket League.

For the best possible gaming experience and connectivity rate to games you would want your NAT type set to open, which can be done by pressing the 'test nat type' button on the network settings menu. It normally takes one or two attempts to change to an
open setting.
