Cant connect to any game on Xbox live

hello im having troubles playing game on my Xbox every time i go to play any game i keep getting disconnected

can anyone help me ?

Cant connect to servers

How come I can connect to xbox live, but cant connect to any of the game servers?

 

Well I guess first you should check your own connection. Go to the network settings on your xbox and then go to test xbox live connection and see what happens and go from there. Also, you can try unplugging your router/modem for 30 sec or so then plugging
it back in and having it reset. If none of that stuff works then I guess you'll have to call microsoft/xbox or your ISP to see if there's something wrong with their end or your equipment. Sorry I couldn't be of much help but I don't know what else to recommend...
