Can't connect to any apps

I can't connect to Netlix, YouTube or any of my apps. When I try to it freezes up for a minute and then acts likes it's signing into Xbox live (which I am already signed into). Then it stops and tells me that I must be connected to Xbox live to use the app.
I've connected my network connection and there's nothing wrong with it.

Are you still running into this issue? If so, could you post which region you're physically located in? If you're located in a region outside of our
Xbox Live Regions list, download issues like this may occur.

Can't install any apps

Hi All

Having difficulty trying to install apps on my XO-S 500gb... I have been trying to download apps such as Netflix, Amazon, etc, but the XB just gets stuck at the downloading stage. No progress even after 10 minutes. However, with that said, I think after
10 minutes it said it was downloading an app less than 1 KB/s (yes KB)....

I had one error code of 0x87e00005.

I have done about 2-3 full resets (starting from 0) and still no luck. Cleared the saved game cache out, even though I didn't have anything in there.

Any suggestions?

 

I'm having the same problem. Everything works other than your apps right? I can play games online and stuff but no apps.

 

Both myself and my roommates are having the same issue, but it affects my downloaded games as well.

I am having the same issue but the xbox live status link says everything is up and running which is obviously not accurate.

 

Yea that link says everything is good to go but I still cant watch Netflicks!!!!

 

Same thing here. Can play in games but nothing that requires live is working

 

Im having the same problem as op this is crap the least they could do is update their service page or post something on the forums about it but nope nothing all faith lost.....

 

what's going on, I'm having same problem. as soon as I click hulu, explorer or netflix, gets frozen. sign me out and sign me back in and then message says "this game can be played only with x-box live". Also I can't download new apps every since this problem
happen. Why do you have to bring this bugs every time implementing something new like explorer?( browser sucks by the way). Thank you.

Same exact problem! They need to fix it and we better get something out of this for having these problems

 

It's such a relief to find this thread. My roommate and I were going nuts trying to find troubleshooting solutions. I tried everything, including disconnecting the internet, disconnecting from the internet, deleting netflix and trying to re-download it (It
doesn't get past 80%) and even cleared my caches. Nada. :/ Hope they find a fix (and update the service status) soon.
