Cant connect Titanfall server.

I purchased titanfall digital copy but I barely can play. I always stay hours to connect the server... yes I tried to change server, I dont think it is internet connection problem because my web is 10mbps and I dont have lag doing matches. I really dont
know what my problem can be, I am from brazil and payed about 125 USD on titanfall copy (yes, game in Brazil is that expansive.) and I cant play yhe game... I really need a help on that because this is the first time I have problem with game connection and
I play XBOX for years.... or my future with cloud games are doomed? that way my only option is change to PS4....

• Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 5 seconds.
  
• Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
  
• Unplug your router, modem or gateway.
  
• Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your Xbox One console as well as your router, modem or gateway.
  
• Power on your console and try to see if you can successfully connect to a Titanfall match without losing connection.

Cant connect Titanfall server.

I can get into a match and get a few kills, but then out of nowhere my screen goes black and a message pops up and says lost connection to the server. Is this because I have slow Internet or is it something to do with my Xbox?

 

Normally what happens is.... I turn on my XBOX and try to login, it login in like.... 5 seconds.... when I try to find campaign match (I am on stage 4) I get message "Connecting" (something like that), and after about 15 seconds.... I get "Lost connection
with server" or "Connection time out"..... and I go back to menu screen... now, when I try to PLAY again... on ANY server... I stay on "Connecting / attempt to connect" screen for hours.... to login... sometimes it dont even login.... so please I need a solution
for this, I expend a real good money on games compared to US... about double price for each game and I think someone can give me a help.

EA Support told me to contact Microsoft, but XBOX support dont answer my question on twitter and I cand contact them other way... please someone >.<

 

slow Internet connection may cause an error message when trying to join a server or play your game some might even get an infinite connecting loop trying unplugging your router/modem for 15-20 seconds and plugging it back up to see if it fixes the issue

Hi give this a shot.

Go to Settings, Network, Advanced settings, Alternate MAC Address, Clear (System will ask to Restart) after the restart do you still have the issue ?

 

I restarted de router and modem already.. same thing happens.... my internet connection is 10mb, and I never had connection issueswith other xboxor pc games before (i'll try the mac stuff)

 

Restart MAC doenst work either.... I login server, when try to start a match I dot disconnected and them, again.... hours to connect server...

 

Try this, uninstall and reinstall the game!!!! Worth a shot!!
