Can't connect, this costs me money

Just like yesterday evening I can't connect to xbox live again with the 360.

I pay money for Gold but also for Premium time in World of Tanks and that ain't cheap.

This is costing me money, I pay for an online service but with the recent outages I'm getting pretty wound up.

Get your act together MS, a compensation wouldn't be misplaced here.

I'm in the Netherlands btw.

ok ...i will call my lawyer to resolve this. we'll see on the proces. xbox is just a big *** stolen my money and give me 80004005 and no resolve. my lawyer will resolve the problem. i can't download the account-profile, i can't pay my money to connect on
xbox live ....nothing...this stupid xbox doesen't work and microsoft tricked me.

Your classic gamertag doesn't cost. money to update it's your new gamertag that costs money

It.Only works.when games.that can't use the new characters like older games
