Cant connect! please help!

I have been at this for days back and forth with isp, xbox, modems, you name it and I don't know what to do anymore.

to put this in the simplest way possible...

my wired internet (twc) works on my laptop but not on my xbox one, but my other isp (att) works on my xbox one

what in the world is going on??

alright ive been letting my other family member use my xbox for a while now and i come back to see i cant join parties or create them. the only thing they did was diable notifications. ive tried privacy settings check my network connections and net type . please help!

When using TWC as your ISP, did you also use a different modem than the one you used with ATT?

yes it is a different modem but I have tried other modems too. it has been working prior to last night just fine with the modem I had.

What Country/State/Province do you live in? u.s.

Modem brand & model number: zoom 5341j and tried Motorola sb6141 too

Router brand & model number: none

Things you have tried: clearing cache; restoring xbox to factory; resetting modems; static ip; replacing modem; replacing all cables; manual ip settings like google dns;

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown: unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?: strict; but has been working perfectly fine on strict all along.

Any Error Codes you encounter: **please see modem error log below

Have you tried contacting your ISP (TWC) about this issue? There might be something wrong on their end.
