Cant connect pads

Hi.......hopefully someone can help me as i have an xbox one day one edition and my pad wont sync to the console rendering it useless unless i use a play and charge kit so i bought a new pad after speaking to xbox support and being told it was a pad issue,not
the case as my new pad wont sync either,do i now have a £400 pile of turd??

cant connect 360 pad to xbox 1 console

i cant connect any x box 360 pad with new x box one console.batteries are brand new energiser.works when trying it with older x box just not connecting on x box 1.also cant connect a wired pad it flashes for a second then nothing.can anyone help? thanks

Wireless Speed Wheel?

Now hopefully you will be able to help,how do you switch controllers as i have the wheel but i cant seem to swap to the pad in game .I turn it off and then go to use the pad and it just says re connect controller,ive ended up just using the controller now.

Sorry to hear about the controller issues! Check out our Wireless Controller Connection troubleshooting page and follow each of the steps to get your
controllers to connect. If both controllers continue to experience wireless connection issues following each and every troubleshooting step on that page, your console will need to be serviced.

If it comes down to your console needing to be serviced, you can submit that request by either contacting our chat or phone support agents through our Contact Us page, or by setting it all up at the Online
Service center.

To anyone new to this thread and haven't already, please check out my previous troubleshooting posts here and here. We also recommend using your wireless controller connected with a micro-USB cable to the Xbox One console to help with the controller's connectivity
in the meantime.
