Can´t connect online in Xbox 360 games playing from my Xbox one

When i was going to play an Xbox 360 game on an Xbox One through Xbox Live, it keeps telling me to sign in to Xbox Live in order to play online. I tried to download my profile with good internet connection, but i always get this: ¨Sorry, there´s a problem
with the credentials that you´re using to sign in. Go to https//account.live.com to fix the problem¨. I pressed Can´t access my account and it kicked me out on my Xbox 360 game.

On the Xbox One, go to the settings and then storage. There clear the Xbox 360 storage.

Now launch any Xbox 360 game on your Xbox One, and press both the Menu and View buttons (the two smaller buttons left and right from the center Xbox button). That should bring up the Guide menu on the emulated Xbox 360.

Now download your profile again. If you have a password with more than 16 characters, or use Two Step Verification (check on this page if you're unsure) be aware that you
will need to use an app password that you generate on that page I linked, and use the App Password instead of your regular password.

i have the same problem in france with my 2 xbox one. i can't connect to xbox live since 24 hours. i can't do update on one of them, can t play, can t do anthing online and on the second i have accès to my movies, but i can t play games cause of cloud problem.
i'm not the only french in this cases. 24 hours it's going to be long...

Ive been online but I put go offline and then go online but that didn’t seem to work. Ima try to explain to you as best as possible. Ok so, I can play current gen and next gen games online but when I try to play Xbox 360 games online it won’t connect me.for example if I want to play an Xbox 360 game with my friends online it won’t connect me it will just say connecting for a while then it will say couldn’t connect. So then we will have to play another game that is not an Xbox 360 game.
