Can't connect on Xbox live on my Xbox 360

Hi, so I have got an Xbox One and an Xbox 360. About a week ago I reseted my password of my Microsoft account. I signed in on my Xbox One console again and it worked perfectly fine. But, whenever I try connecting on my Xbox 360 console, this error shows
up:

"Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using."

Also, whenever I go on a backwards compatible game on my Xbox One, it shows me the same error, any help?

HEELLPP!!!!! I am trying to connect to my xbox live while playing Lego Indiana Jones for the 360 one

I have been trying to connect to xbox live while playing a 360 game on my one, as I mentioned above the game was Lego Indy for the 360. It says it can't connect to live but IM SIGNED INTO LIVE ON MY XBOX ONE PROFILE. Which is on the same console I'm trying
to connect to 360 live on. T.T can't connect my behind. T.T Please Help Me!

Is there a reason why I can't sign in to my account and Connect t Connect to Xbox live on Xbox 360?

 

First you should make sure you are using the same profile in both consoles and for account issues to contact xbox live support so they can check your profile in the database:

support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

 

I have already contacted Xbox live, with no help. And also, I have made sure that I am using the EXACT same profile. But thank you for trying to help.

 

since you know your profile and password you can try deleting your profile and redownloading it. there are times this reestablishes a connections to get your profile in sync with both consoles.

Can you go to
the website for account security and protection, and check if you have Two Step Verification enabled?

If your account is in fact protected by two step verification, you need to create a so called "App Password" further down on the page.

On the 360 and other devices or apps (hence the name "App Password") that can't use the Two Step Verification code request, you need to use the app password instead of your regular password.
