Xbox live DNS inconsistencies

I am unable to connect to xbox live and after setting up a hub and running packet captures I have determined why. There is a mis-configuration on the authoritative zones for zone "gtm.xboxlive.com".

The authoritative zones (ns1.msft.net., ns2.msft.net., ns3.msft.net., ns4.msft.net., and ns5.msft.net.) only have glue records/A records configured for the following name servers:

Hello, I had problems with the VIVO Play app indicating to access the http://support.xbox.com/us/xbox-live-status, when I accessed I got the information: "Apps! Limited Xbox 360: MYTF1 14/06 / 2017 19:24:16 Most recent update: Hello Xbox members, we are
trying to resolve a problem at the moment. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. But it's been almost 90 days and the problem still persists. Could the solution be forecasted or the XBOX 360 updates discontinued? Awaiting return.
