Cant connect my xbox one s to my pc

I cant connect my xbox one s to my pc trough the x box app on windows 10. Both devices need to be connected to the same WiFi, but unfortunately i cant do it on my xbox, because i dont have a screen where i can see what to do. Therefore i can only do it
blind. I cant connect trough an ethernet cable either because the WiFi isnt situated in my apartment. Does somebody know a way to connect both devices to the same WiFi even though on the xbox i have no screen?
