Can't connect my xbox one controller to my LG G3 cellphone via bluetooth

Hi, my LG G3 is running on Android 6.0. The problem came when I try to connect my xbox one controller to it. On my cellphone, I can see the xbox controller in the bluetooth devices list but when I click on it to make the connection I always get an error
message saying "Could not pair with Xbox Wireless Controller because of an incorrect PIN or passkey". My controller is up to date and my cellphone too. What can I do?

PC asks for passcode when connecting Xbox controller via bluetooth

Whenever I attempt to connect my Design Lab controller to my Windows 10 PC via bluetooth it asks to enter the game controller's "passcode". I can't find a solution because apparently no one else is prompted to enter a passcode when connecting their controllers...

I've already confirmed that my controller works via bluetooth on a different PC. I've also confirmed that bluetooth does work on my main PC because I can connect other devices. Controller and PC are up to date.

issue with bluetooth connection to laptop help pls

unable to connect my xbox one controllers via bluetooth even though i have done steps required.

my bluetooth page on my laptop does not see the controller by name and instead shows an unknown device and cant connect

anyone can help?

Hey there MatronlyLeech,

Are you able to connect the controller to with a Windows 10 PC or an Xbox One console? The Bluetooth was designed for Windows 10 PC's so the phone may not support it since it's a bit older. Have you been able to try it with another mobile device?

The Xbox One S Controllers have the ability to connect via Bluetooth to OTHER devices (like a PC, or mobile devices), but when connected via Bluetooth, they can't transmit game sound.

So unfortunately, you can't use your Samsung Galaxy Buds on your Xbox console directly.

Hi there, yes. When connected to my pc via bluetooth it is only recognised as a regular XB1 controller (can't use or remap the paddles etc). The Accessories app also only sees it as a regular xbox one controller.

I tried my cell phone as well as the controller I connected to it via bluetooth it worked fine. I checked anyway I have a 4.0 bluetooth version on my machine. But I don't understand why these new controllers are like that, I already had an xbox one controller that I also used via bluetooth on a machine and that was good.

Yes, I'm trying to connect my controller via Bluetooth on my Windows 10 PC (It worked before yesterday). When I connect my controller via USB Cable it works fine.

The XBox Button flashing slowly when it's turn on. When I press the sync button to connect via Bluetooth, the XBox Button flashes for 1 second and the controller turn off.
