    Can't connect my paypal to my xbox live account


    Hi,

    I would like to play borderlands 2 for free with my xbox gold account, but it says i have to change my payment options and connect my paypal/creditcard. But when i want to change my payment options i need to fill in my adres etc. but i can't change my country.
    It stays on north America or something like that. So when i just fill it in with the wrong country and i press save. It goes to a bug report or some kind. A lot of numbers and letters. Can somebody help me ?

    Why is it so that i need a credit card to connect my paypal account to my xbox live account?

    I mean, if there is money on my paypal account, i should be able to use it right?

    That indicates that your account may have been set to the United States when it was created. To be able to change billing info to your appropriate region, please migrate your Xbox Live account to the region you're located in by using our
    Xbox Live Account Migration Tool.

    Im sure it's not my connection or Xbox Live problem because I can buy stuff on my other account.

    My security proofs are updated.

    I suspect that it might be my billing adress.

    I never had a pay pal account or credit card tied to my account until 2 days ago.I have added paypal account to my Live ID on Microsoft store.This paymant option has different billing adress than my Xbox Live account(different country even).

    I can't change my Xbox Live billing to match that from paypal so I removed this paymant option from microsoft's billing site.Maybe it takes time to update or something ?

    I just went through this! do you have a paypal account connected to your xbox live account? if so remove it. thats what caused my problems. once i removed my paypal account it allowed me to purchase a guardians license.
