Cant connect controllers

Ok so ive had my xbox for 10months now and its been working great.

But 2 weeks ago my controllers first lost connection but i just restarted them and it was ok.

Now they wont connect at all.

Ive pressed the button on the console and then on the controllers but they cant find anything.

Tryed changing batteries and taking out the batteries for a long time to reset the software in the controllers.

Taking out the power cable to the xbox for a day.

And finaly today i did a factory reset.

And it still doesnt work.

Anyone have any ideas?

no you cant but you can connect two controllers at the same time and log in to each and do it that way.

 

No signal problem

The problem Im having is that my xbox turns on but I cant connect my controllers and it says on my tv "screen no signal"

 

Have you tried a USB cable, If that works go into setting and check to see if they need updating and make sure they are assigned to you.

 

i have it pluged in with a usb now.

Have tryed updating them and assigned both.

Still doesnt work.I can see the red lights flashing in the controller when it seeks.

Is there anything on the console so you can see when it seek?

Thinking if the reciever is broken in the console =/

 

I couldn't see any red light flash on the console but I did see one flash it was my sky box I have never seen that before its about 6 inches above the console weird.

 

I have a internet tv box next to the xbox and now moved the console.

Still doesnt work

 

Have you got a Kinect connected that was thought to cause controller problems.

 

nope no kinect.

Is there anyway you could try your controller on another console, If not it I might be best to contact support and see what your options are sorry I couldn't help.
