  2. You can insult me all that you like, it wont change the fact that the only verified source here is a group of trouble makers that raise their hand every time a giant service has issues. If you want to follow their outlet then feel free, myself, I will wait
    for confirmation off sources I trust. Not sources that are all using the same twitter feed as proof.

    Please keep this talk out of the thread so that the focus can remain on the support.

    It took six hours for us to finally refresh and get the update to download on our brand new $350 paper weight! Xbox One and that was about 2:00 PM Pacific time. Here it is now 2:00 AM 12 hours later and we still can't login to download our profile. Have
    been checking website ALL DAY just to see that "services are limited" and still no luck. I used to have one payment of a $100 to maintain my family's FOUR ACCOUNTS but now we were forced to split it into four separate accounts at $60 each and this is what
    we get?? Very sad and frustrating! It is obvious that Microsoft just couldn't handle the amount of people that now logged in for Christmas after getting a new systems which for all that money should have anticipated it. I hope this gets resolved soon. FYI
    the WiiU saved our fun for Christmas. 10 minutes to setup and we were playing no problem.

    According to the service alert page, the problem has been identified and resolved so you should be able to sign in and connect without further interruption.

  5. For the past hour, I've been attempting to sign in on my profile on Xbox One. It keeps sending the error code "0x87DD006" and says try again later. So I, in turn, sign in on my second backup account and works perfectly. My Xbox is fully connected to LIVE.
    I've deleted the profile from my console, and re-downloaded it to sign in, but the SAME error code keeps popping up.

    So, can someone please tell me how to fix this? I don't want any bots to respond or an employee asking for more details. No scripted bullcrap. I want a PERSON with REAL THOUGHTS/ANSWERS on how to fix this quickly. Details are ALREADY above. If you want more
    detail, I can't sign in on both 360 or One, but my backup account CAN! I don't have Gold for the backup. I want to play on my PAID profile. Someone fix this issue. PLEASE!

  6. This system has let me down consistently, and I do not have time for Microsofts sorry *** network issues. I don't know what happened between the 360 and now but I will no longer waste my money on this pos console. I am done. And I hope that millions more
    will follow me! Shut xboxlive down. I mean its not like it ever works anyways!

    How hard can it be to follow the 360??? You sign in and play your games, then when you connect to live everything is updated. Its the way it has been for years, now you have to be logged in to play games, that's just a very poor marketing strategy. I hope
    a true offline mode gets put in the XBONE very soon.

    Ordinarily I would never presume to speak on some one else's behalf. However, with today's DDoS attack and the fact that everyone everywhere will not always have an Internet connection, I and all owners of the Xbox One consoles wold like Microsoft
    to make "offline mode" mean actually that.

    As is often the argument that DRM only hurts the lawful users of the product that it is meant to protect, we have here today NO ability to play our games, even offline or single player, because we can't sign in to our Live accounts.

    While it may be good business for Microsoft to compensate all its Live members, returning the proportionate money for the time lost doesn't account for all the new systems in houses or games eagerly waiting to be played and the time lost and plans needing
    to be changed simply because we can't sign in and play any game.

    How easy would it be to make all the sign in and save game data happen client sidside rather than server side? I don't know, I'm not on their back office or coding department, but that it is affecting us should be weighed heavily as a consideration.

    All the money each of us have spent on hardware, software and subscription services, some compensation is, I believe that we believe, is in order. Take that money and write an "offine mode" that let's us sign in and play while offline.

    I hope I am the only one that feels this way because then only I am being affected by this issue and I'll go on about my merry (see what I did there) way. Though, if I'm not alone, if tere are others that feel this way, sound off. Does anyone think that
    I'm being unreasonable? Let me know that too. Think that I'm way off base, that this is due to a DDoS attack and those are the ones responsible? I agree, tack on the costs of what I'm talking about to that groups tab and all lawful parties are thusly covered.
    Don't pursue that course and it will contine.

    I hope the issue is resolved soon. I look forward to playing Unity, bugs and all, for the first time on my One and know that others stand by Microsoft still. Let's grow together and help improve our already nice platform with a few small tweeks.
