Cant connect a headset

So I have a wireless Turtle Beach headset. I have used it on my PlayStation and all you have to do is plug in the wireless USB, and it connects. Whereas on my Xbox, I cannot find a way to connect it, and cannot find a single useful site on how to do so.
Even the Xbox site can't help. I have no idea what model of headset it is, if that matters in how to connect it. I would really appreciate it if someone could talk me through how to connect it. Thanks.

have you already tried to update your control? for this you must connect it to the console through a usb cable and access to the accessories section in configuration. I hope it helps.

The Turtle Beach Stealth headphones look to be specific to the console. So if you own the Playstation model, it won't connect with the xbox one, and vise versa.

What Turtle Beach headset is it? You could Google it to be sure it's compatible.

Do they? I've always thought they were compatible with both. But if not, then thanks, ill just order myself a xbox headset.

Don't TB make headsets specifically for PS or Xbone? In which case, you may not be able to use it...
