    When I send friend requests or try to remove someone, it says "Cannot complete this process" , yet if i sign out and in, it shows that it works (friend request pending or removed from list).

    Cannot pin items either, just an infinite loop. Sending messages works just fine..

    My connection is completely fine, . Also, I only have a few friends on there so it isn't that my friends list is full.

    I tested my connection, and all is good except for a Service Alert, but apparently that's happening for everyone.

    Here are the things I've tried:

    1. Cleared cache 3 times on hdd and memory unit
    2. Deleted and re-downloaded profile
    3. Reset router
    4. Switch between wifi / ethernet
    5. Completely reset console to factory settings
    6. Made sure family settings aren't enabled
    7. Reset internet settings on 360 to factory defaults
    8. Manually tried different DNS..no change
    9. Port forwarded the correct ports according to MS
    10. Checked Xfinity app on phone and tested connection to 360, says everything's fine

    I'm at a loss. I remember from back in the day, there would always be strange connection issues...but nothing like this that continually persists. I used this same console months ago and everything was fine. Haven't touched it for a while, neither has anyone
    else. Been sitting in a box somewhere. Decided I want to use it again and this happens

    Also, yes i can add people just fine on xbox.com, and no, my console isn't banned nor has ever been banned.

    What's the problem??

    This has been happening for days, so restarting/power cycling is useless.

    EDIT: Signed into a different account and it works just fine. How is this possible? Is my account/profile bugged. I don't understand...

    This has been happening for days and I just tried a different account and it worked fine. Something is wrong with my account.

    Hi Alexander,

    Thanks for the updates on what is going on. Also thanks for posting everything you have done. We recommend to go to the
    account website and update your address. Even if it is updated. As you stated there could be an issue with your profile itself. They sometimes get corrupt. If after you update address
    and still doing it, you may want to request a call from support. Then have them investigate your profile as to there may be something corrupt.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----select Xbox One
    • Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
    • Step 3-----select show contact options

      Step 4 ----select request call from support

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    Idk what happened, but now everything is working fine. My network config hasn't changed at all, I've left the console alone completely. Strange. Thanks for the help everyone.
