    Cant complete the case review questionnaire


    I have recently been banned for something that wasn't my fault and i am unable to do the case review questionnaire and i just want to get my ban lifted as it has wrongly been enforced upon me, can anyone help

    my son has recieved a suspension and im trying to do a case review but get to the questionnaire and it cuts off so i cant complete the review and move forward?

    What exactly is the issue with the questionaire ?

    You would need to do the questionnaire for the case review. If you failed this then you would need to wait 24 hours before trying again. You may also want to check that you meet the requirements for a case review. Also make sure you do this on a laptop or
    computer not a mobile device
