Can't Complete Setup, Cursor Stuck on Left When Trying to Login to Microsoft

When being prompted to enter our Microsoft username, the keyboard is stuck on left cursor. I can't login on the unit and your website tells me I can't contact support unless I register the product. I keep getting an error when registering. I can't use chat
as that's prompting me for a first and last name and those boxes are greyed out and are not clickable on the form. I'm at my wits end - please help!!!!!

Cursor stuck to the left; Left centric

I have an Xbox One S console. Recently the cursor in the wireless controller's numeric keypad is stuck on to the left; whatever we do, it returns to the left. On the home screen the cursor jumps back to the top while navigating the screen and on the password
screen or on any app for instance on youtube the cursor keeps to the left while trying to search.

I tried by powering off the console and the controller simultaneously and separately. Tried removing the batteries on the controller and powering it up again.

How to overcome this glitch ?

Xbox ONE browser cursor disappears

I have the same problem when trying to login to public wifi. I get the webpage but no cursor.

Hey there -

If you go to your Microsoft Commerce account and make sure you have a billing address listed (you don't need to add a credit card but you DO need an address), you should be able to fill in the boxes so you can use chat support.

When i use the xb1 browser it constanty zooms out

When i play killer instinct both triggers arent responsive but when i go into the controller setup the selection cursor moves up and down

When i play titanfall i can use the right trigger but not the left

I was trying to replicate the issue (only using my controller) with Google Maps only, and I was able to click on it and see the cursor as expected.

The cursor disappeared only when I zoom it/out, but if I move the left stick the cursor appears again.

Can you try using only your controller and test if the issue persist?

That doesn't work. An easy way to test if you have mouse acceleration:

Place your mouse all the way on the right side of your mouse pad, and the cursor on the right side of your screen. Move the mouse very slowly to the left, and when your cursor hits the left side of the screen, put your left index finger on the mouse pad. Now do the same movement fast, and see where your mouse is, when the cursor makes it to the left side of your screen.
