    Can't communicate after suspension


    so after being suspended for 2nweeks after inappropriate language which I know is my own fault I'm still unable to send messages and talk in parties my ban was lifted two weeks ago but still can't communicate please help

    I was suspended for 2 weeks and after my days of suspension I still can't send messages, talk in parties, and etc.

    Remove/delete the GT from your console.

    Power cycle the console.

    Restart console, recover the GT back.

    Can't communicate after suspension

    First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

    If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

    1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
    2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
    3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
    4. Attempt to use the social features now.

    There is an issue I've heard about where extensions to suspensions are not showing up on the enforcement site and calling MS support directly is the only way to see if their is stall an active syspension

    They said that the suspension has been lifted but it clearly haven't as i still can communicate with anyone really annoying as Iymts been like this for a month and I'm paying for it

    Can't communicate after suspension

    Your suspension may have been extended which has been happening a lot lately but won't show on the enforcement site. Support can verify when your suspensions ends, but they do not have information regarding suspensions. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada
