Can't comment like or share in the community section

Discus and support Can't comment like or share in the community section in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I and others have been having this issue ever since the new xbox experience was Implemented earlier this year.     HELP! Unable to Like, Share or Comment

    Yeah Im aware theres another thread. I posted in there and contacted "support" through Twitter. Still nothing. My account remains broken. So we should all keep it nice and tidy in 1 thread? No! This is a major problem NOT being spoken about or addressed.

    I still got the issue had it since inwas in the preview update ,and posting on here seems to get no replies

    The Comment Section's Order of Comments is Changed

    Hi, can you try downgrading the Xbox app version to see if the issue persists? (For example, download the last month version)
    Once downloaded check again (in case there is a problem with the latest version with your account)

    If not, try this:
    Go to your privacy settings tab here https://account.microsoft.com/privacy?refd=acco...

    Expand the app and service activity > clear all app and service activity
    After that sign out and sign in the Xbox app and try again

    Hello Josef, thank you for replying to my post.

    The problem is happening on the Android version of the app. I signed in on another device (also an Android, I do not have any IOS devices at hand) and the problem still persists. My associates account, when signed in on my original device, works completely fine.
