    Cant click on anying on dashbourd


    when i was in a game last night i clicked the xbox button on the controller and then couldnt it wouldnt click on anything in the menu including dashbourd so i held the xbox button on the console to turn off. Today i turned it on and im at the dash board
    and cant access anything it dose the animation that im clicking on it but it dose nothing i powercycled again and switched controller and is still doing the same thing. and i currently have a game downloading

    I'm sorry to hear about the issue. I took a peek at your
    Xbox Live profile     and can see that you were recently on your Xbox One console. Are you still experiencing issues or are you good to go?

    If you're still running into issues, you may want to try
    factory resetting     your console next. You can keep your games and apps so it's not as bad as it sounds.

    • There is an appeal button but I am unable to click on it. It is a communications ban that lasts 72 hours and should allow an appeal but the button itself is green but cant be clicked. Any ideas, Mr. Jesse?
