Can't clear local cache!!!

For a few months now I've been having issues with trying to clear my local cache. I kept getting messages saying it was nearly full so tried what it said online about turning it and unplugging it etc but never has worked. I reset my xbox which seemed to
sort the problem but a couple of weeks later (if that) I had the same message again, tried above and it failed so had to reset yet again. This happened more so contacted Xbox support but received zero help after telling me I should receive more information
within 72 hours.

I reset my xbox a few days ago and cache already full again. I'm at a loss **** to do and to make it worse my achievements have been stuck at the same amount for the past few months because of this issue aswell.

Does your Xbox have an internet connection. I had a period of time where I could not connect mine to the internet, and it kept saying local cache full, it cleared as soon as it had connection.

Hello, I researched how to clear local cache on a xbox one and this is what I found:

Press and hold the power button on the front of the Xbox until it turns off completely.
Unplug the power brick from the back of the Xbox. Press and hold the power button on the Xbox several times to expel any remaining power and clear the cache.
Plug in the power brick.
Wait for the light on the power brick to change from white to orange.
Turn the Xbox back on as you would normally.

Let me know if this works.

Yes I have a connection. Everything is running fine except I'm nor getting any achievements because of it.

You could try a factory reset

You have 2 options, a full wipe and a wipe that retains games and apps so you don't have to re install everything, I'd suggest the latter option.
