    Can't claim xbox all access.


    Hi,

    I buyed an Xbox S with all access subscription.

    Unfortunetly i don't have the option to claim it in the option screen.

    All ready reseted the console 2 times and it didn't pop up like it should at first setup.

    Maybe the are some solutions for this problem?

    You can't. The 24 month subscription is given for signing up for the All Access plan. The codes are one time use only so once it's been claimed, it can't be claimed on any other account.
