    I was wondering if anyone knows how to remove a trial for a game. I want to claim The Division for Xbox Live Gold but I can't because I guess I had a trial from a long time ago. I deleted the game and reset my xbox, bit it still says to install the game.

    The trial is only available when you first start your account.

    If you don't claim it then you can't claim it later.
