    I didn't get Spotify premium code after I bought Xbox Pass Ultimate

    You can claim all of the offers mentioned. Discord, ea access AND spotify, assuming you qualify( I think you cant have had discord into or spotify before to meet requirements)

    When you open the offers, you should get a q.r. code for each offer

    I do see a tile on my XBox. I am getting "Error occurred message" when I try to claim the spotify offer. It has been happening for past three day and seems to be a permanent error. I could not find a way to contact Microsoft other than using this forum.

    Getting the same issue as the OP. I can see the offers there on my xbox dashboard, then when trying to claim the 'gift' get "An Error Has Occured. Try again later.” for both Discord Nitro and Spotify. At no point
    am I actually getting to see any QR codes. Really frustrating.

    I also am having the same problems as OP (US). I am able to claim the EA Access but Spotify Premium and Discord Nitro, I can't gain access to the QR Code without getting the "An error occurred. Please try again later."
